Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the website or engaging the consulting services of Guardian Financial Experts.

1. Scope of Financial Consulting

Guardian Financial Experts operates as an independent private financial advisory and debt mediation consulting firm. We are not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), government department, or court of law. Our primary role is assisting borrowers in analyzing liabilities and presenting hardship proposals to credit committees.

2. No Guaranteed Settlement Outcomes

Lending institutions in India maintain sovereign discretion regarding loan concessions and One-Time Settlements (OTS). Consequently, Guardian Financial Experts expressly disclaims making any guarantee of specific percentage debt reductions, interest waivers, or predetermined timeline outcomes.

3. Client Cooperation & Accurate Disclosure

Clients must provide authentic, unaltered copies of loan statements, notices, and financial hardship documentation. Any falsification of records terminates advisory assistance immediately.

4. Remittance of Settlement Sums

Clients explicitly understand that all negotiated settlement amounts must be paid directly into the designated official accounts of the lending institution upon issuance of a formal written sanction letter. Under no circumstances should settlement funds be given to third parties or field collection agents in cash.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
